Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY AI Frontrunners™ — Remote Sales Training TC Inc. Effective Date: October 20, 2026 Last Updated: October 20, 2026
This Cancellation Policy is part of the AI Frontrunners Terms of Service at https://timchao.ai/terms-of-service (together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, the "Terms"). Section numbers below refer to the Terms of Service. If you signed an AI Frontrunners Service Agreement, it controls where it directly conflicts with this policy (Section 1.5).
1. Your Purchase Is Not a Subscription
AI Frontrunners and AI Frontrunners Lite are each one purchase of twelve (12) months of access, counted from your Access Date: the first time you are given access to the AI Frontrunners Discord server with a member role or first sign in to the AI Frontrunners web app, whichever happens first (Sections 7.1 and 7.6). Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel at the end of your twelve months. You will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another term.
2. Payment Plans Cannot Be Canceled
If you pay in installments, you bought the Program once and are paying for it over time (Section 9.3). A payment plan cannot be canceled after your Access Date, and you owe every remaining installment whether or not you use or finish the Program (Section 9.4). Telling us you want to stop, leaving the Discord server, not signing in, or removing your card does not cancel the installments. A missed installment is late after ten (10) days and is handled under Sections 9.6 to 9.11.
3. Stopping or Leaving the Program
You may stop using the Program, leave the Discord server, or ask us to close your web app account at any time (Section 22.2). Doing so does not end your payment obligations or entitle you to a refund (see the Refund Policy at https://timchao.ai/refund-policy). If you ask us to close your account, email reachtimchao@gmail.com from the address on your account. We keep the records described in Section 1.3 as the Privacy Policy allows.
4. Messages You Can Cancel
Marketing text messages: reply STOP to any message, or HELP for help (Section 18.2). Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email (Section 18.3). Transactional text messages, such as signing links and payment reminders, also stop when you reply STOP; they will then reach you by email (Section 18.1). Opting out of messages does not cancel your purchase.
5. Opting Out of Arbitration
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days after you sign your Enrollment Agreement or first accept the Terms, whichever is earlier, by emailing reachtimchao@gmail.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt Out" and giving your full name and the email address on your account (Section 25.10). Opting out does not cancel your purchase or change any other part of the Terms.
6. When We End Your Access
We may suspend or end your access under Section 22.1, for example for breaking the community rules or the Terms, for a late installment, for a chargeback filed against Section 10, or if we learn you are under 18. Ending access for any of those reasons gives no right to a refund, and any unpaid balance stays due. If we discontinue the Program, we will give you reasonable notice (Section 22.1(f)).
